What types of nursery products do you offer?
We offer a complete range of nursery and toddler products including cribs, bassinets, mattresses, bedding, nursery furniture, decor items, gliders, toddler beds, and playtime furniture. Our products are designed to grow with your child from infancy through toddler years.
Are your products safe for my baby?
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. All our products meet or exceed U.S. safety standards. Our cribs, mattresses, and sleep products are designed with your baby’s safety and comfort in mind.
Do your cribs convert to toddler beds?
Many of our cribs feature conversion capabilities and we offer separate conversion rails to transform your crib into a toddler bed when your child is ready. Look for “convertible” in the product description or check our “Crib Conversion Rails” section.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We deliver worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, you can enter your address to confirm if we ship to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping ($12.95):
– Delivered via DHL or FedEx
– Arrives in 10-15 days after dispatch
– Includes package tracking

Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
– Delivered via EMS
– Arrives in 15-25 days after dispatch
– Great for complete nursery sets
How long does order processing take?
Our Colorado Springs team carefully prepares each order within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
When should I order nursery furniture before my due date?
We recommend ordering your crib or nursery furniture at least 6-8 weeks before your due date to allow for delivery and setup time. This ensures everything is ready when your little one arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be in original condition with all packaging materials. Please contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For health and safety reasons, mattresses, bedding, and swaddles must be unopened in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure and convenient checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption to protect all payment information. We never store your full payment details on our servers.
Do you offer gift cards or registry services?
Currently we don’t offer gift cards, but many of our customers create wish lists for their baby showers and nursery needs. We recommend sharing product links with friends and family.
