At Babyletto Store, we understand that preparing for your little one’s arrival should be as stress-free as possible. While we carefully design our nursery products to meet your highest expectations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, our policy is designed with your convenience in mind.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Important Exceptions:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Swaddles & Wearable Blankets
  • Crib & Toddler Mattresses (unless defective)
  • Opened bedding sets

Easy 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may use the template below for your request:

Subject: Return Request for Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Babyletto Store Team, I would like to request a return for the following item(s) from my order #[Your Order Number]: Product Name: [Product Name] Quantity: [Quantity] Reason for Return: [Reason – e.g., Wrong Size, Changed Mind, etc.] Please provide return instructions and RMA number. Step 2: Package Your Items

Once you receive your RMA number:

  • Repackage the item(s) securely in the original packaging
  • Include all original tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Time: 5-7 business days after we process your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please note shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. In your return request, specify the replacement item you’d like
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Special Note About International Returns

For our customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with returns
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
  • Return shipping times may vary based on your location

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
