Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note for International Customers: We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • All tags and accessories must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swaddles & Wearable Blankets
  • Crib & Toddler Mattresses (unless defective)
  • Opened bedding sets

Easy 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and quantity
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once you receive your RMA number:

  • Repackage item(s) securely in original packaging
  • Include all original tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Time: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Please note original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Specify the replacement item in your return request
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

Special Note for International Returns: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with returns. We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders, and return shipping times may vary based on your location.
